Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 15 October 2026 Last updated: 15 October 2026 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Flowlytix. They apply when you use flowlytix.co, its subdomains (such as money.flowlytix.co) and any Flowlytix product, app or service that links to these Terms (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, buying or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

Flowlytix is a business name operated by Sompob Meeyanon, an individual based in Samut Prakan, Thailand (“Flowlytix”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]

2. The Services

Flowlytix is a decision intelligence platform. The Services may include:
  • Decision intelligence products: online tools and dashboards that turn data you enter or connect into insights, such as personal finance planning, home loan analysis and market intelligence.
  • Content: articles, signals, research and other information published on our websites.
  • Digital products: downloadable templates and dashboards.
  • Custom services: bespoke dashboards, analysis or consulting for business clients, under a separate written agreement that takes priority over these Terms where they differ.
We may add, change or remove features or products at any time. Some features are free and some require payment. Features marked as beta or early access may change or stop and may contain errors.

3. Accounts

  • You can create a Flowlytix account with an email and password or with Google sign-in. To use our products, you must sign in with Google.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • If you are under 20, you may use the Services only with your parent’s or guardian’s consent.
  • You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud, or puts other users or the Services at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.

4. Prices and payments

  • Prices. Prices are shown before you buy, in Thai baht unless stated otherwise, and include any taxes that apply.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by another payment provider we name at checkout, under that provider’s own terms. We do not store your full card details.
  • Annual subscriptions. Paid plans are yearly subscriptions unless checkout says otherwise. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each year.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. We will email you a reminder before each renewal.
  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep paid access until the end of the year you have already paid for.
  • Price changes. We may change prices. A change never affects a year you have already paid for, and applies from your next renewal after at least 30 days’ notice.
  • Refunds. You can ask for a full refund within 7 working days after your first purchase or after an annual renewal by emailing [email protected]. After that, payments for the current year are non-refundable. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few days to show them. Nothing in these Terms takes away refund rights you have under Thai consumer law.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, paid access continues while our payment provider retries the payment. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and your account moves to the free plan, without deleting your data. Our Refund Policy gives the details on cancelling, refunds and failed payments.

5. Your data

  • You own your data. Data you enter into, upload to or connect with the Services stays yours.
  • Permission to process. You allow us to store and process your data only as needed to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it or use it to train AI models.
  • Where it is kept. Depending on the product, your data may be kept in your browser, in your own Google Drive or in cloud storage we use to run the product. You are responsible for keeping backups of data held in your browser or Drive. Clearing your browser or deleting your Drive files can remove it permanently, and we cannot recover it.
  • Others’ data. If you enter or upload data about other people (for example, customer or student records), you confirm you have the right and any consent needed to do so.
  • Usage statistics. We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the Services are used (not the content of your data) to run and improve them.

6. Our intellectual property

  • The Services, including the software, design, dashboards, templates, formulas, frameworks, text and graphics, belong to Flowlytix or its licensors.
  • We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services and anything you buy for your own personal or internal business use.
  • You may not copy, resell, redistribute or share paid products or access, reverse-engineer the Services, or scrape them, unless we agree in writing.
  • Reports and outputs generated from your own data are yours to use as you wish.
  • Images on our sites marked as AI-generated may be reused with the credit “Image generated by Flowlytix.co”.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful
  • try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services
  • use bots or automated tools to access the Services beyond normal personal use
  • upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights
  • get around paywalls or share paid access with people who have not paid

8. Not professional advice

  • The Services provide information, estimates and decision support only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, mortgage or other professional advice, and we are not a licensed financial adviser.
  • Results are based on the data and assumptions you enter, and on third-party or public data (for example, fund prices or school information) that may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.
  • Check important figures yourself and talk to a qualified professional before making financial, tax or business decisions. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services running and accurate, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance or make changes that affect how the Services work. If we permanently stop a paid product before the end of a period you paid for, we will refund the unused part.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent Thai law allows:
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, or for decisions you make based on the Services; and
  • our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or anything else that cannot be limited under Thai law.

11. Third-party services

The Services work with third-party services such as Google, Stripe and hosting providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services change. We will change the “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Services and close your account.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Thailand. If we provide a translation of these Terms, the English version applies where they differ.
