Analytics-as-a-Service (AaaS): Data processing and visualization tools.

CRM Advisory: Strategic guidance for Salesforce and business pattern analysis.

2. User Accounts and Security

Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Subscription and Payments

Plans: Access to certain intelligence modules requires a paid subscription.
Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Changes: We may modify subscription fees with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Data Ownership and Usage

User Data: You retain all rights to the raw data and CRM leads you upload to the platform. By uploading data, you grant Flowlytix a limited license to process this data solely to provide the requested analysis.
Aggregated Insights: Flowlytix may use anonymized, de-identified, and aggregated data derived from your usage to improve our algorithms and industry benchmarks.
Compliance: You warrant that you have the legal right and necessary consents to upload any third-party data (e.g., student records or sales leads) to our platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All original content, site design, proprietary DAX formulas, dashboard templates, and analytical frameworks are the exclusive property of Flowlytix.co.
Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download reports generated specifically for your account.
Prohibitions: You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit our proprietary analytical models without written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to process sensitive data without authorization.
Attempt to breach our security or interfere with the proper working of the site.
Use automated systems (bots) to access the service in a manner that exceeds human capability.

7. AI-Generated Content & Imagery

Imagery: Images identified as AI-generated are free for public use, provided you include the attribution: “Image generated by Flowlytix.co”.
Analysis: While our AI-driven insights are highly accurate, they are intended as a support tool. Flowlytix is not responsible for business outcomes based on AI-generated predictions.

8. Research and Disclaimer

Informational Purpose: Research and reports are for strategic guidance and do not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice.
“As Is” Basis: Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our analysis will be error-free or that results will be 100% accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowlytix.co and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
